By accessing or using Ecomove's delivery services, website, or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Ecomove provides eco-friendly delivery services in Metro Manila using electric bikes and sustainable packaging. Our services include:

  • Same-day delivery
  • Standard delivery (next-day)
  • Real-time package tracking
  • Proof of delivery

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Booking and Payment

Booking

  • All bookings are subject to availability
  • Accurate pickup and delivery addresses must be provided
  • Package dimensions and weight must be declared correctly

Payment

  • Prices are displayed in Philippine Pesos (PHP)
  • Payment must be made at the time of booking or upon delivery (COD)
  • We accept GCash, bank transfer, and cash on delivery

5. Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited from delivery:

  • Illegal substances or contraband
  • Weapons and explosives
  • Hazardous materials
  • Perishable goods (unless in appropriate packaging)
  • Live animals
  • Cash, jewelry, or high-value items over PHP 10,000
  • Items prohibited by Philippine law

6. Liability and Insurance

Our Liability

  • We are liable for loss or damage caused by our negligence
  • Maximum liability is limited to the declared value of the package or PHP 2,000, whichever is lower
  • We are not liable for delays due to force majeure (weather, traffic, civil unrest)

Your Responsibility

  • Proper packaging of items
  • Accurate declaration of package contents and value
  • Ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery

7. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Bookings can be cancelled before rider pickup at no charge
  • Cancellation after pickup may incur a cancellation fee
  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • COD orders that are refused may be subject to return fees

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for illegal purposes
  • Harass or abuse our riders or staff
  • Provide false information
  • Attempt to manipulate pricing or promotions
  • Interfere with our systems or security

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Ecomove and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through:

  1. Direct negotiation between parties
  2. Mediation, if negotiation fails
  3. Arbitration under Philippine law, as a last resort

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Metro Manila.
